International Institute for Certification and Training (IICT) is a Trust constituted under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 with Administrative Office at Aluva, Kerala. The objective of this trust is to provide training in the area of management system standards of ISO and develop qualified, committed and dedicated team of professionals who would be able to ensure implementation of Management Systems as stipulated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and undertake internal auditing.

IICT is an approved HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance, UK) training centre for Level 2 & 3 HACCP qualifications of HABC

The key strength of the organization is well experienced tutors in the field of food safety, HACCP and management subjects.  The trainers have wide audit experience and are therefore able to reinforce the learning of the concepts through examples from their audits.

The Managing Trustee of IICT is Mr. A Govindan, who is an Agricultural Scientist.  He was a former Director of Bureau of Indian Standards-BIS and has over 50 years of experience in the field of quality/food safety/environmental management auditing, certification and training. He is a IRCA accredited FSMS Lead Auditor trainer and also a trainer for BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard for Food Safety.  Mr Govindan is also a IRCA certified Lead Auditor of FSMS (ISO 22000).  He is a HABC approved tutor.

The other trustees of the Institute are Mr. P. Mohan and Mr. Girish Warrier.  Mr. Mohan is also the Academic Director of the Institute. He is also a former Director of BIS and brings with him over 30 years of experience in the area of quality certification of products and is a lead auditor of ISO Management System Standards - QMS, EMS, HACCP and FSMS.  He is also an HABC approved tutor.
Mr Girish Warrier is MBA and is also a qualified lead auditor for QMS.
